Internal VS External Processers - The Art of Pausing!

***Originally, this episode was called "Chewers VS Spewers," a phrase we heard without knowing for sure where it originated from! We have since had it brought to our attention that Multiamory did a podcast in 2020 which covered these terms, so we wanted to credit them with popularizing this concept and discussing it first! Thank you Multiamory (and others who have used these terms before us!) Almost every relationship has one...a chewer (somebody who needs a freakin' second to process and figure stuff out before continuing an argument) and a spewer (the person who canon-balls into every argument because wading sucks). PUN INTENDED. In this episode, we talk about these two conversation/argument styles and how to manage the gap between chewing and spewing!
